The big news is that the second edition of Vegetables is coming out in March. There are dozens of new recipes, new vegetables, and most of all, full-color photography throughout. Vegetables is a guide to cooking vegetables in the most succulent manner possible, even if this involves the occasional use of animal products such as bacon, duck fat, prosciutto, and ham hocks, to name a few.
