Cut lemons into wedges.

Arrange the wedges in a jar.

Compact the lemons down into the jar with salt.

Top the jar off with salt.

Squeeze extra juice to submerge the lemons.

      Oh, so sorry. Yes, the recipe has problems and will probably need to be retested. I believe my intent was to serve 2 rolls per person but there’s only enough stuffing for 6. To guess, you could double the stuffing and stuff 12 slices or leave it as it is and stuff 6. That should work. I hope you didn’t go out and buy things.
